Maxi skirts – By all means, this is one of the easiest skirts to wear. Unless you’re 6’2″, I’d be willing to bet no one would even know you’re wearing shoes. (Maybe you’re not!) So for that reason, I say your choices are endless. Comfy flats, boots, sneakers, and heels if you’re dressing up are all acceptable choices.
So many options. What will you choose?
Carly dress – This high-low hem swing dress allows your pretty little feet to be on full display. I recommend staying true to the playfulness of this style with casual flats, cute sandals, or boots in the fall.
Knee length skirts – Since these styles can tend to be more feminine and dressy, your foot wear should follow suit. Heals, boots, or cute flats will help elongate your legs and take the fancy up a notch. However, there’s something carefree and sporty about a pencil skirt with sneakers. You do you.
Amelia dress – I will always think of this as a vintage style with it’s high waist line and pleated skirt folds. Because of this, I recommend keeping it classy with heels, Mary Janes, or flats, as not to take away from it’s glamour and charm.
Leggings – Here’s where things get fun! If you’re rocking them with a tank or graphic tee, sandals and low sneakers are great, especially when you fold your leggings up to a crop length. Leggings worn with a longer top or under a dress often call for booties, knee high boots or chunky heels. This will also depend on your climate, of course.
Ultimately, wear what is most comfortable and practical for you. I hope you found these tips of what shoes to wear with LuLaRoe helpful. For a complimentary styling consultation please message me today!
